Raisin Drops

Grandpa Pencil's Christmas Recipe Raisin Drops
Ingredients
Qty of raisins to suit needs Rum or rum essence		Qty of Dark Chocolate to suit and as you can never have enough chocolate, you can buy extra
You will need Mixing bowl, mixing spoon, confectionery patty cups or some foil
Directions
Soak raisins in the rum overnight or mix in the rum essence Melt chocolate in the top of a double saucepan with water in the bottom section		Mix the raisins into the melted chocolate Spoon onto foil or into paper confectionery patty-cups
