Christmas Recipe
Chocolate Creams

Ingredients
|
- 250g Icing Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 1 large block of Dark Chocolate
|
- Flavouring Essences
strawberry, peppermint and banana
- Food Colouring
Red, green and yellow
|

You will need
Mixing bowl, mixing spoon, rolling pin, a tray and some foil
|

Directions
|
- Mix icing sugar and lightly beaten egg white
- Knead until smooth
- Divide the mixture into three equal portions
- Portion 1: Blend with strawberry essence and some red food colouring
- Portion 2: Blend with green food colouring and some peppermint essence
- Portion 3: Blend with banana essence and yellow food colouring
- Roll each portion down to about 6 mm thick

- cut out into shapes that you desire. It could be hearts or Christmas trees.
- Leave on foil overnight to dry, and no picking the edges off.
- Melt the chocolate (Don't forget to melt the chocolate in a saucepan over another saucepan of water to avoid burning)
- Dip each of your sweets into the chocolate to cover about half of each
- Put aside on foil to set
- You can make raisin drops with any extra chocolate
