Christmas Recipe

Hot Mulled Cider

Ingredients
  • 4 lt. Apple Cider
  • 1 Orange
  • 1 Lime
  • 1 Lemon

  • 4 Cinnamon Sticks
  • 1/4 tsp. Ground Ginger
  • 1 tsp. Cloves and Allspice
  • Brandy to taste if for adults only
 

You will need
Pot or saucepan capable of holding the ingredients, a ladle and heatproof cups
 

Directions
  • Cut orange, lime and lemon into chunks or peel and slice

  • Heat all ingredients together and serve in suitable cups
