Did you ever get one of those paint boxes with just red, yellow, blue, white and black in it ?

It seems a bit silly when you really need all of the colours of the rainbow, doesn't it ?

Well, white light breaks up into red, yellow and blue and as these colours blend together in a rainbow you get every single colour you will ever need.

We will show you, below, some of the basic colour mixes and when you have tried them out you can just keep on mixing.
