- Heat oil in a frying pan and add chopped onion and sliced celery
- Sauté until almost tender then remove from the pan
- Mix undrained tuna, soup, water (half the volume of the soup can), lemon juice, cashews, salt and pepper

- Add the onion and celery
- place in a greased ovenproof dish
- Bake, uncovered, in a moderate oven for 20 minutes
- Remove from oven and sprinkle with the crushed crisps then return to the oven for another 15 minutes
