Ingredients

- 500g Cubed Lamb
- 1/4 teaspoon Citric Acid
- 20 ml Pear Syrup
|

- 8 bamboo skewers
- 8 Lettuce leaves
- Chopped Parsley
|

You will need
A mixing bowl, a blender, a sharp knife and a cutting board
|

Directions
|
- Place lamb into a mixing bowl
- Blend citric acid and pear syrup
- Pour mixture over lamb and marinate for 2 hours
|
|
- Thread lamb onto skewers
- Grill for 5 to 10 minutes occasionally brushing with marinade
- Place each Jolly Swagman on a lettuce leaf and sprinkle with parsley
