Ingredients

- 1 can Peeled Tomatoes
- 1 or 2 cloves Garlic, crushed
- 1 teaspoon dried Oregano
- 1/4 cup Olive Oil
- Salt and Pepper to taste

- 1 long French Loaf
- 12 thin slices Mozzarella Cheese
- 12 slices Salami
- 1 can Anchovies
- 3/4 cup Parmesan Cheese

You will need
A saucepan, a wooden spoon, a garlic press, a sharp knife and a baking tray

Directions
|
- Simmer tomatoes, garlic, oregano, olive oil salt and pepper in a saucepan for about 10 minutes to blend the flavours.
- Cut French loaf in halves then split each half lengthways and place on the baking tray.
- Spoon the tomato evenly over each of the pieces of bread.

- Lay cheese and salami evenly over the top of the four pieces.
- Chop the anchovies and place over the top.
- Drizzle the anchovy oil over the top and sprinkle on the grated Parmesan cheese.
- Grill under a medium heat until the cheese is melted and golden brown
