- Mix the hamburger mince, the Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper with a fork
- place on a suitable board and press out to flat cake
- Cut into 12 even pieces and shape into thin flat patties and put aside
- Mix the breadcrumbs, beaten egg, 30 g butter, herbs, salt and pepper and lemon rind together lightly with a fork

- Put even quantities of the filling mix on each of six patties
- Place the other six patties on top of the first and press down the edges
- Brush the completed patties with the rest of the butter
- Grill on a preheated grill rack (oiled) on high for around 5 minutes each side
- Pop onto crusty rolls with your favourite sauce
