Ingredients

- Mixture for four thick fish fillets
- 1 cup Flour
- 2 Eggs

- 60g melted Butter/Margarine
- 1 cup Soda Water
- Salt to taste

You will need
A mixing bowl, a sifter, a wooden spoon and an egg whisk
|

Directions
|
- Sift the flour and salt into a bowl and make a well in the middle
- Lightly whisk one whole egg and one egg yoke
- Pour into the well in the flour along with the melted butter
- Stir the flour slowly into the egg mix while adding the soda water bit by bit
|
|
- Stir until smooth
- Cover and leave stand in a warm place for about an hour
- Just prior to use whisk the remaining egg white to a stiff consistency and fold into the batter
