Recipe for
Savoury Batter
For fish, meat or savoury dishes

Ingredients
200g Plain Flour 1 pinch Salt		1 Egg Yoke 125 ml Milk
You will need A sifter, a mixing bowl, a wooden spoon and a beater
Directions
Sift flour and salt into a mixing bowl Make a well in the centre of the flour Pour in egg yoke Stir lightly		Add milk slowly while stirring Beat well to smooth and lighten Stand for 30 minutes prior to use
