Ingredients

- 500g Sausage Mince
- 3 teaspoons fresh Root Ginger
- 1 Beef Stock Cube
|

- 1 clove crushed Garlic
- 2 teaspoons Sesame Oil
- 200g Dried Bread crumbs
|

You will need
A mixing bowl, garlic press and 32 skewers
|

Directions
|
- Place all of the ingredients into a bowl and mix together until thoroughly combined
- Shape into 32 balls around 3 cm round
|
|
- Thread onto 16 skewers
- Cook under a preheated grill for 10 to 12 minutes until cooked through and golden brown
