- Soak the gelatine in a little cold water and add to the beef stock and parsley and mix well as the heat dissolves the gelatine
- Pour half of your gelatine mixture into a ring mold and refrigerate to set

- When set arrange the peas, corned beef, salami, cucumber, eggs and tomato around the mold on the set gelatine
- Pour on the rest of the gelatine mix and chill to set
- Turn out the set mold onto a bed of lettuce
