Ingredients

- 200 g Butter
- 1 tightly packed cup Brown Sugar
- 1 can Condensed Milk
|

- 1 1/2 tablespoons Golden Syrup
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
|

You will need
A saucepan, a wooden spoon, a Swiss roll tin and heavy aluminium foil
|

Directions
|
- Place butter, brown sugar, condensed milk and golden syrup into saucepan and stir over a low heat until mixture thickens and leaves the side of the saucepan
- Remove from heat and add the vanilla
|
|
- Line Swiss roll tin with buttered foil
- Spread the mixture into the tin
- Before the mixture cools and sets mark it out into squares
