Recipe for
 Royal Icing

Ingredients
  • 400g Icing Sugar
  • 2 Egg whites

  • 1/4 teaspoon Lemon Juice
  • 5 ml Glucose
 

You will need
A mixing bowl, a wooden spoon and a sifter
 

Directions
  • Sift icing sugar
  • Place the egg whites in a bowl with lemon juice and glucose

  • Mix with a wooden spoon
  • Add the icing sugar gradually into the mixture until it reaches the desired consistency
