Ingredients

- 100 ml (1/2 cup) Lemon Juice
- 100 ml (1/2 cup) Sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt

- 50 ml (1/4 cup) Water
- 1 small bunch finely chopped Mint Leaves
|
|
You will need
A saucepan, a sharp knife, a cutting board, a wooden spoon and a container for the finished sauce
|

Directions
|
- Place lemon juice, sugar and salt in a saucepan and add water
- Heat gently for around 10 minutes
|
|
- Add mint leaves and stir for 1 to 2 minutes
- Allow to stand in a warm place for at least 15 minutes before serving
