Recipe for
Marshmallow Crunch

Ingredients
250g Copha 250g Icing Sugar 55g Cocoa		125g Marshmallows 25g Rice Bubbles
You will need A mixing bowl, a wooden spoon, a sifter, a saucepan and an 18cm square cake tin
Directions
Melt the copha in the saucepan over a low heat Sift the icing sugar and cocoa into a large mixing bowl Add rice bubbles and stir in melted copha		Snip the marshmallows into bits and stir into mixture Press into a foil lined cake tin and chill to set Cut into squares and enjoy
