Ingredients

- 250g Copha
- 250g Icing Sugar
- 55g Cocoa
|

- 125g Marshmallows
- 25g Rice Bubbles
|
|
You will need
A mixing bowl, a wooden spoon, a sifter, a saucepan and an 18cm square cake tin
|

Directions
|
- Melt the copha in the saucepan over a low heat
- Sift the icing sugar and cocoa into a large mixing bowl
- Add rice bubbles and stir in melted copha
|
|
- Snip the marshmallows into bits and stir into mixture
- Press into a foil lined cake tin and chill to set
- Cut into squares and enjoy
