Ingredients

- 2 large Oranges
- 2 packets of good quality Jelly
|

- boiling Water
- Adjust these quantities to your needs
|
|
You will need
Orange juice squeezer, 2 bowls, mixing spoon, measuring jug and a teaspoon
|

Directions
|
- Cut oranges in halves end to end
- Remove as much orange as possible with the squeezer being sure not to break the skin
- Clean the rest of the orange from the skins with a teaspoon
- Make up two jellies as directed on the packet but using a little less water than recommended
|
|
- Place orange halves on a tray making sure that they are stable and wont tip over
- When the jelly is at room temperature pour into the oranges
- Chill until set
- When set cut each orange half in halves lengthways
