Ingredients

- 1 sheet ready rolled Sweet Short-Pastry
- Butter

You will need
Knife, scone or round biscuit cutter approx. 7 cm in diameter, patty tins, cutting board and a teaspoon
|

Directions
|
- Lay out pastry on your cutting board and cut as many circles as possible
- press each circle into a lightly buttered patty place pressing a fork down around the edges for decoration
|
|
- Cook in a moderate oven 180c (350f) for around ten minutes
- Spoon the desired amount of jam into each tart
- Return to the oven for another five minutes
