- Finely chop the onion
- Skin and slice tomatoes
- Sauté with the curry powder in a little butter
- Cut fish fillets into bite sized bits
- Place one third of the bread crumbs in the bottom of a greased pie dish
- Cover with half of the onion and half of the tomato and one third of the bread crumbs

- Place the fish bits on top of these layers
- Cover with the rest of the onion, tomato
- Top with the rest of the bread crumbs
- Dot with the balance of the butter
- Bake in a moderate oven for 40 to 45 minutes
