- Cut the peel and pith from the orange and cut the flesh into 1.25 cm (1/2") slices then halve each slice
- Rinse, core and quarter the apple and pear
- Rinse the grapes
- Cut the banana into suitable sizes

- Thread the fruit pieces onto 4 skewers, alternating the different types
- When ready cook the kebabs on the barbecue for about ten minutes, turning constantly
- You can try other seasonal fruit if you wish
