Recipe for
Fritter Batter

Ingredients
200g Self Raising Flour 1 pinch Salt 2 ml melted Butter or Oil		125ml Tepid Water 1 Egg White
You will need A sifter, a wooden spoon, a bowl and a beater
Directions
Sift flour and salt into a bowl Make a well in the middle Pour in oil or butter Stir flour in slowly with the back of a wooden spoon		Add water a little at a time Beat into a smooth batter Beat egg white stiffly Stir in just before using Add 1 tablespoon caster sugar for sweet batter
