Ingredients

- 1 dessertspoon Oil
- 1 large Onion
- 1 clove Garlic
- 450 ml can Tomato Soup
|

- 450 g Minced Steak
- 250 g can Red Kidney Beans
- 1/2 teaspoon chilli Powder
- Salt to taste

You will need
A can opener, a frying pan, a sharp knife, a cutting board and a wooden spoon
|

Directions
|
- Chop the onion, crush the garlic and mix well with the meat, with your (clean) hands
- Add to a pan of hot oil and move with a wooden spoon until the meat is well browned
- Pour off surplus fat
|
|
- Add undiluted tomato soup, chilli and salt
- Simmer gently for 10 to 15 minutes until meat is tender
- Add undrained kidney beans and heat through
- Serves well with crusty French bread and a tossed salad
