Ingredients

- 150 ml freshly squeezed Orange or Lemon Juice
- 125 ml Glycerine
|

- 25 g Gelatine Powder
- Caster Sugar
|

You will need
A double saucepan, a jug, a sandwich tray or jelly moulds and scissors

Directions
|
- Place the juice, glycerine and gelatine in the top of the double saucepan.
- Heat gently until all dissolved.
- Strain into a jug then pour into the sandwich tray or jelly moulds.

- Allow to completely cool.
- If set in the sandwich tray, turn out onto a sugar coated surface and cut into cubes with a pair of oiled scissors.
- Roll the jellies in caster sugar.
