Recipe for
Chocolate Icing

Ingredients
  • 200 g Icing Sugar
  • 40 g Powdered Chocolate or Cocoa

  • 40 ml boiling Water
 

You will need
A sifter, a wooden spoon, a mixing bowl and a saucepan
 

Directions
  • Sift icing sugar into a bowl and add chocolate
  • Place in a saucepan and gradually add boiling water

  • Stir over heat until smooth
  • Pour over the cake
