Recipe for

Chicken and Mushroom

Ingredients
  • 450 g chopped, cooked Chicken
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 30 g Butter
  • 250 g can Cream of Chicken Soup

  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 100 g Mushrooms
  • 1 tablespoon chopped Parsley
 

You will need
A large saucepan, a sharp knife and cutting board, a can opener and fluffy boiled rice

 

Directions

  • Heat butter in saucepan and cook the chopped onion until tender but not brown
  • Add sliced mushroom and cook for a further 3 minutes

  • Combine the soup and milk and stir in
  • Add chopped chicken and parsley and heat through
  • Serve over fluffy boiled rice
