Ingredients

- 450 g chopped, cooked Chicken
- 1 medium Onion
- 30 g Butter
- 250 g can Cream of Chicken Soup

- 1/4 cup Milk
- 100 g Mushrooms
- 1 tablespoon chopped Parsley
|
|
You will need
A large saucepan, a sharp knife and cutting board, a can opener and fluffy boiled rice
|

Directions

- Heat butter in saucepan and cook the chopped onion until tender but not brown
- Add sliced mushroom and cook for a further 3 minutes
|
|
- Combine the soup and milk and stir in
- Add chopped chicken and parsley and heat through
- Serve over fluffy boiled rice
