Ingredients

- 1 tablespoon Oil
- 1 medium chopped Onion
- 2 cloves crushed Garlic
- 1/2 medium sized Cabbage finely shredded
- 6 medium Potatoes peeled and cubed

- Salt to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon of Pepper
- 1 lt Chicken Stock
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 125 ml Sour Cream
- Chopped Parsley for garnish

You will need
A large saucepan, a sharp knife and a cutting board
|

Directions
|
- Heat oil in a large saucepan and sauté onion and garlic until soft
- Add cabbage, potato, salt, pepper paprika and stock
|
|
- Cook for 30 minutes stirring occasionally
- Add sour cream just prior to serving
- Serve with a sprinkling of chopped parsley
