Ingredients

- 2 tablespoons Plain Flour
- 1 pinch Pepper
|

- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 500ml water or stock
|
|
You will need
A wooden spoon, the drippings from your baking dish or fry pan, a strainer
|

Directions
|
- Take most of the fat out of your baking dish or fry pan after cooking your meat
- Add flour, pepper and salt to the dish or pan
- Brown while blending over heat with the back of the spoon
|
|
- When brown add cold water or stock all at once
- Stir until boiling and of your desired consistency
- Put through a strainer if required
- Serve over the meat or in a gravy boat
