Ingredients

- 4 tablespoons Sausage Meat
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 2 teaspoons Chopped Parsley
- 3 hard boiled Eggs
- 2 tablespoons Flour

- 1 beaten Egg
- 4 tablespoons Bread Crumbs
- frying Oil
- Parsley sprigs

You will need
A knife, a cutting board, an egg beater and sweet chili sauce

Directions
This recipe is for six pieces only. Extend the recipe for the number of serves required
|
- Mix sausage mince, salt and chopped parsley well
- Remove shells from eggs
- Cover the eggs with sausage mince retaining egg shape
- Lightly dust with flour
- Cover in beaten egg

- toss in bread crumbs and refrigerate to firm.
- Fry for around five minutes in hot oil.
- Drain on paper towel
- Cut each in halves lengthwise
- Top with a dob of sweet chili sauce and a sprig of parsley
