Apple Sauce: A recipe

Recipe for
APPLE SAUCE

Ingredients

2 Apples

1 teaspoon Lemon juice

1 tablespoon Water

2 teaspoons Butter

3 tablespoons Sugar

You will need
An apple peeler and corer, a sharp knife, a wooden spoon and a saucepan

Directions

Peel, core and slice the apples

Place in a saucepan with the lemon juice, water, butter and sugar

Simmer until tender

Beat with the wooden spoon until smooth

Serve with Roast Pork, Roast Duck or Goose.
